Gallery, Theatre, & Space Rental
The NACC offers rental spaces for gallery exhibits, theater productions, presentations, meetings, and events.
Please note that all rentals applications are subject to review and may be denied for any reason. Renters are expected for provide proof of general liability insurance naming the NACC as an additional insured party no less that one month prior to the event. Deposit of 1/2 of total rental cost is due at contract signing.

Grand Theatre
The NACC’s crown jewel. Proscenium theatre with 500 seats on the main floor and an additional 400+ in the balcony. 44 foot proscenium arch; 32 feet from the drip line to the back wall; 9 foot apron.

Townsend Gallery
One of the largest, uninterrupted gallery spaces in Western New York. Open 3,200 square foot (78 x 41 feet) gallery; brightly lit space that is handicap accessible.

The Gym
Multi-use space with 3,840 feet of uninterrupted space (80 x 48 feet) and 26 foot ceilings.

Woodbox Theatre
The NACC’s intimate concert/theatre venue. Stage space (in 72-seat proscenium setting): 25 ft wide x 26 ft deep; 8 rows of 9 seats. Total room dimensions: 25 feet wide by 57 feet deep.

Kudela Gallery
Glass doors and windows provide an abundance of natural light. Marble floors and greeneries provide a perfect space for intimate solo exhibits or small group exhibitions.

Meeting & Others
The NACC has spaces throughout its building that can be used for small meetings of 8 to large spaces for alternative/experimental art and parties.
How To Apply:
To apply for a space, we encourage you to set up an appointment with Executive Director Kevin Leary or Gallery Co-Director Dana Tyrrell first. However, you are welcome to send the following information:
- A Brief Letter of Introduction: Tell us who you are, what you do, and what your vision for your event.
- Event Information: Please let us know the purpose of the rental, whether you will be charging admission, the desired capacity for the event, support you may need from the NACC (equipment, furniture, marketing, etc.), presence of food & beverage, and your desired day/time for your event.
Studio Rentals
The NACC offers long-term art studio space rentals to artists of any discipline at below market rates. Prices start at $175 and increase depending on size and amenities. All studios enjoy 24/7 access.
When you rent at the NACC, you aren’t only getting a space, you become a member of a creative community of teachers, mentors, and professionals. You can use your studio to work and create, teach and inspire, or to showcase your own works.
How To Apply:
Complete the following documents and make an appointment to view our facility:
- Letter of Introduction: Tell us who you are, what you do,
and why you want to become a member of the NACC community. Please include your preferred studio size, budget, and any amenities you’d be seeking (handicap accessibility, sinks, natural light, etc.). - CV/Resume
