The NACC is Home in the 180,000 square foot former Niagara Falls High School
building centrally located in Niagara Falls, NY
- A grassroots movement saved the building from demolition in 2000
- Designated as a Multi-Arts Center by NYSCA in 2006

- The NACC covers an entire city block!
- The NACC owns and maintains the historic building & grounds
The NACC is Home to more than 75 artists and arts groups with studios in former classrooms
- The average rent per room is $201, or $2.75 per square foot
- The dream of having a studio becomes a reality for area artists to incubate their own small business which stimulates the local economy

The NACC is a Home to public spaces for the arts in the community
- Two Art Galleries, Two Theaters, Outdoor Venues, a NYS Certified Sound Stage, a Radio Station, Meeting Rooms, Classrooms and Studios. These public spaces allow for a mix of visual and performing arts programs and programming
- Each Year the NACC hosts Events, Lectures and Festivals :
African American Arts and Music; Native American Arts and Music; Opera Performances, Children’s Events, 12+ Gallery Shows, Workshops, Classes, Architectural Tours, Membership Mixers, Artist Talks, Regional History Lectures, Radio Shows, Theater Performances, Gardening Workshops & Artisan Markets
The NACC is another Home for children
- After-school and summer programs in art, music, community gardens and technology are provided for children in the City of Niagara Falls
- Children are safe at the NACC where their talents, and confidence are nurtured and developed

Memberships and Private Support are the next largest source of Revenue
- Maintenance, Utilities, and Basic Building Repair are the NACC’s largest expenses
- Most Programming is dependent on earmarked funds
- The NACC currently employs only 6 part time staff members, and is supported by a core group of volunteers
- Our greatest needs are to maintain the building, and to increase our paid staff positions to ensure continued organizational stability and quality programming.
- Currently the NACC is working on capital improvements to increase revenue from rental of underdeveloped spaces and increasing membership.
