ESPRI: Pop Culture – Perspective and Perpetuation

Marathon of 3-4 films that explore images and plotlines addressing class and race,
socioeconomics, work ethics and action for changing individual and community
circumstance.

Event will include an afternoon presentation about images and language that
perpetuates stereotypes in commercial film and news media and may contribute to
inaction — and one family-oriented film.
